On Sunday, October 11, the “Weekend Reale” races will take place at the Reggia di Venaria: the course starts at the Reggia, passes through La Mandria Park, and ends at the Gran Parterre. This year, in collaboration with the Reggia, we’ve come up with a way to make the day even more special for runners: a special admission rate of €10 to visit the Reggia.
Two ways to make the most of your day
As every year, admission to the Royal Palace Gardens costs €2. The ticket is valid for the entire day and is open to everyone, including family members, friends, and companions who come to cheer you on along the route and at the finish line.
The new feature of this edition is for race participants: a special €10 ticket for admission to the Reggia. It’s a chance to leisurely explore the halls and galleries of one of Piedmont’s most beautiful sites after experiencing it at a run.
How to Buy Tickets
The €2 ticket for the Gardens is already available online at this link. If you buy it in advance, it will be easier for you to plan your day.
The €10 Reggia ticket for runners cannot be purchased online. You can request it directly at the ticket window on the day of the event, or reserve it in advance by emailing prenotazioni@lavenariareale.it. We recommend booking via email, especially if you’re coming as a group or would like to schedule a specific visit time.
Sunday's schedule
The Race Village opens at 7:30 a.m. The Royal Marathon, the half marathon, and the 30-km race start at 9:00 a.m., while the 10-km race starts at 9:20 a.m. The marathon finish line closes at 2:30 p.m. Once you’ve finished your race, the Royal Palace awaits you just a short walk from the finish line.
Registration is still open: you can find all the races for the Royal Weekend here.
We look forward to seeing you in Venaria!
